When can I arrive?
Between 14:00 and 22:00; check-out is by 11:00. Let us know roughly when you’ll arrive and we’ll welcome you in person.
Is there parking?
Yes, in front of the building, 3 € per day. No reservation needed.
How many guests can stay?
Up to four: there is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, at no extra charge. Tick “Pet” among the extras when booking.
How can I pay?
Direct bookings are paid by bank transfer or on arrival. For Booking.com and Airbnb bookings, the platform’s terms apply.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free until two days before arrival (e.g. arriving on the 29th: until midnight on the 27th); after that, the first night is non-refundable.
Can I use the garden and the terrace?
Yes, with outdoor furniture.
Is there a lift in the building?
No. The flat is upstairs and can only be reached by stairs.
Can we come with a baby or toddler?
Of course! We provide a baby cot and a high chair free of charge — just tick them when booking.
